Cancellation Policy
Carol has a 24-hour cancellation policy. Cancellations made within 24 hours of a scheduled appointment will be billed for that session.

Carol is not in-network but can support your reimbursement claim.

Carol is not an in-network provider for any insurance plans. She is happy to provide a detailed invoice with everything your insurer needs to process an out-of-network claim.

Depending on your plan, out-of-network reimbursement for mental health services typically ranges from 40% to 80% of the session fee.
